AirOS AURA (Aviation Unified Regulated Assistant) is built into the platform to accelerate day-to-day work — summarising maintenance events, drafting and researching documents, AI Import of certificates, ADs, aircraft files and AMP catalogues with catalogue matching, suggesting possible compliance actions, answering questions from your operational data with cited sources, and providing voice assistance with a Hey AURA wake word. Staff verify output before acting. AURA does not certify, dispatch, or release to service.

No, AI is optional. You can use AirOS without AI, but it is highly recommended to increase operational efficiency, safety, and compliance.

Yes. Reliability Monitoring is a dedicated module with fleet KPIs, part-level trends, anomaly and cluster analysis, known issues, reliability actions, and monthly reporting — connected to your maintenance and defect data.

Yes. The Scheduling Engine uses constraint-based optimisation (OR-Tools) to propose feasible schedules. Draft schedule versions let you copy and compare scenarios before publishing, with hangar capacity, FTL validation, and Maintrol work package integration.

AI Inbox is separate from chat-style AURA. It triages operational data and surfaces recommendations — maintenance follow-ups, compliance actions, and more — for your team to approve or decline with full context and audit trail.

Yes. CRM & Commercial covers accounts, pipeline, contracts, quotes, invoices, and a customer portal. The Communications Hub provides channels, DMs, entry-linked threads, and service request ticketing — with AURA available in context.

Yes. Management of Change provides structured change records with risk assessment, approval workflows, impact detection across linked procedures and training, and exportable audit packs for quality review.

Yes. Airworthiness Review (ARC) is a Part-M / Part-CAMO workflow: in-fleet pre-review packs from live aircraft data, ARC-as-a-service document onboarding with OCR, documental and physical survey checklists, AD/SB qualifying checks, findings, authorised reviewer sign-off (certification PIN authenticates the reviewer and is written to audit history), and freeze-at-issue reports.

Yes. The Airworthiness Directives catalogue tracks applicability by type and aircraft. Certified embodiment of a modification linked to an AD stamps that AD complied on the aircraft; unrelated ADs and uncertified work stay outstanding. Not-applicable stamps and ARC AD/SB qualifying checks are included. Empty catalogues are never treated as proof that no ADs apply.

Yes. Long-term Capacity models multi-year hangar pressure from manpower hours, cost, powerplant/LLP coverage, and shock scenarios. Optimised waves can be applied as draft maintenance blocks on the operational schedule. Near-term clash detection and OR-Tools proposals remain in Schedule and the Scheduling Engine.

Yes. Training covers course hubs, exams and marking, seats and commerce, CRM forms, and authority report form numbers (UK CAA / EASA). Competency programmes remain the operational forecast of who is due; Training is how approved courses are delivered.

Yes. AI Import OCRs certificates, ADs, entire aircraft technical files, engine and assembly packs, AMP task catalogues, manuals, and completed external MRO packages. Extracted product types and named registrations match your catalogue; suggested links are reviewed before save, and failed drafts can be discarded. The native app’s document scanner feeds the same import queues.

Yes. The AirOS iPhone app is the EFB for the same aircraft record as the web platform: offline e-techlog, Apple Wallet boarding and crew passes, native document scanning, SMS incident fallback when there is no data, and a line-worker alarm. Flight Log remains the operational workstation those workflows attach to.
