Training (Part-147)

Approved training organisation software — course hubs, exams and marking, seats and commerce, CRM forms, meeting assistant, and authority report form numbers.

Overview

Personnel competence needs the same rigour as airframe compliance. AirOS Training is a Part-147 platform for approved training organisations and operators who sell or deliver courses: course templates with sectioned materials and question banks, published course runs, exam templates and generated papers, invigilation and marking, attendance, and a certificate register. Competency Programmes remain the operational forecast of who is due; Training is how approved courses are delivered.

Commerce is built in — Stripe seat checkout or manual complimentary and invoice seats, assignment to students, expiry reminders, and customer-portal sponsor views. CRM forms let staff send structured questionnaires that recipients complete with a portal token. A meeting assistant can join training sessions for attendance and transcripts when configured.

Organisation settings hold Part-147 approval number, default report authority (UK CAA / EASA / other), and form numbers printed on exam sitting, attendance, and certificate reports.

Features

  • Course hubs: Templates, sectioned learning materials, question banks, and generated exam papers in one course record

  • Meeting assistant: Optional training-session bots for attendance and transcripts, branded to your organisation

Courses, exams, seats, and authority reports

Competency programmes forecast who is due. Training (Part-147) is how approved organisations deliver the course, the exam, the seat, and the report the authority expects.

What ships as a training platform

  • Course hubs — templates, sectioned materials, question banks, exam templates, and generated papers
  • Exams and marking — sittings, invigilation, and sitting reports
  • Seats and commerce — Stripe checkout or manual complimentary / invoice seats, assignment, and expiry reminders
  • CRM forms — send structured questionnaires from any customer; complete by portal token or signed-in portal
  • Authority reports — attendance, certificate register, and exam reports with Part-147 approval number and configurable form numbers (UK CAA / EASA / other)

A meeting assistant can join training sessions for attendance and transcripts, branded to the organisation. Sponsors see seats on the customer portal. Quality teams print training reports with the same header discipline as work packages and airworthiness documents.

Training is optional. Organisations that only need overdue-competency forecasts stay on Competency. Organisations that sell or deliver approved courses run both.
