CRM & Commercial

Aviation CRM for mixed customers — operators, owners, CAMOs, parts buyers, and training students — with pipeline, P&L, inbox, forms, and one-step selling.

Overview

Manage customer relationships beyond a contacts list. AirOS CRM connects accounts, contacts, sales pipeline, contracts, quotes, invoices, and P&L — in the same platform as your fleet and maintenance data. It is commercial workspace, not fleet scheduling.

Customers can be operators, owners, CAMOs, MROs, parts buyers, and training students. Fleet links use a role (operator, owner, CAMO, sold to) rather than a generic related-records dump. Sell a part or a training course from the customer workspace in one step; send structured CRM forms from Home, the header, or the Forms tab.

The commercial inbox captures inbound sales email with suggested replies for staff to edit and send. Account health, churn playbooks, and a 90-day churn report sit beside live operational context.
