The free core. Start a flight or a work line immediately.
Your hours. Your experience. Any operator.
A web platform and iOS app for engineers and pilots to keep a personal, portable record of engineering work and flights throughout their careers. The core logbook is always free. No AirOS business account and no paid subscription are required to record, search, export or request verification.

Explicit consent. Complete records file themselves; anything unresolved waits in a short review queue.
Plus photographs one tech-log line or work order into the composer. One credit when you save.
CSV is free. Multi-page photo and PDF extraction is optional Plus.
Declared until separately verified. History is never deleted.
Rotary and fixed-wing users are in the first release. One account can keep both an engineer book and a pilot book. Totals stay separate. Web needs connectivity for this release; the iOS app saves locally when offline and uploads once connectivity returns.
Work date, aircraft or bench context, organisation, task, ATA, personal role, labour time and evidence. Recording participation is not certification authority or release to service.
Flight date, aircraft, places, crew role, loggable times, landings and remarks. Simulator sessions stay distinct. PIC, night and instrument minutes classify the same flight — they are not added together.
Cancelling Plus does not remove existing entries, lock historical totals or block basic export. ADS-B remains supporting data: a track does not prove you were on board or establish PIC, instrument or night credit.

Career records live in a personal hub. Linking an organisation is an authorisation action, never an automatic match on email address.
When a linked AirOS identity certifies a complete eligible record, the personal line is filed with a source badge. Unresolved personal details — labour time, pilot categories — wait in a short review queue. Paper imports always need review.
A completed verification stores the verifier’s name, account, licence or qualification number, authority, date, scope and the exact version reviewed. It is not regulatory approval or release to service.
Cancelling premium does not remove entries, lock totals or block basic export. Completed verification records stay accessible.
Create a personal account on the web, or use the iOS app for offline drafts. Manual entry never costs a credit.
