Overview

Report, track and resolve aircraft-on-ground (AOG) events and operational incidents from any location. This is the occurrence desk; Safety Management System (SMS) holds hazards, risk assessments, mitigations, and safety metrics.

Capture rich media evidence and notify configured stakeholders by in-app, email, SMS, or voice according to your notification rules — delivery depends on those channels being available (SMS needs a cellular SMS service). When the native app has no data connection, crews can still send an SMS incident report as a cellular fallback into the same incident workflow.

A native line-worker session uses motion and a cancelable pre-alarm before AirOS raises a Safety incident if the worker does not confirm they are OK. The app does not know that someone is injured; it reports that the armed session was not cancelled in time.
