Overview

Extend AirOS beyond the screen with an optional IoT layer for physical asset visibility. Hardware (readers and tags) is an upcoming release — organisations can start with software-only asset records in Assets and add devices when ready.

UHF RFID readers and tags are for automatic reads at doorways, stores, and transit. BLE e-ink tags show calibration and due dates on the asset. NFC (in Assets) is tap-to-open of an entry URL. The three radios are complementary, not interchangeable.

Built for Part-145 hangars, CAMO logistics teams, and operators managing onboard equipment — integrated with Assets, Stores, and Maintenance when commissioned.

E-ink asset status tags

BLE e-ink tags bind to AirOS asset entries and refresh when status changes — calibration due, location, work package assignment, or quarantine. Engineers see the current state on the asset itself; wall-mounted eDisplays in tool stores extend the same live view across the facility.
