Overview
Record scale readings against a weighing profile, confirm deficient and surplus items, and generate a weighing report from that data. AirOS does not replace your approved weight-and-balance manual or regulatory basis; it supports recording, calculation, and traceability of the weigh in the system.
Track mass and balance changes caused by service bulletins, modifications and repairs. Account for variable loads, crew and cargo, generate load-sheet manifests, and attach them to flight logs. Longitudinal and lateral centre of gravity are calculated from the weighing-point positions and masses you enter — typically in seconds after measurements are confirmed, not a physical weigh performed by the software.
Manifest output can be certified in AirOS with the same certification PIN / signature groups your organisation configures. That is an organisational sign-off in the platform, not a claim that the CAA has approved the report form.
