Modifications

Modification build standards and embodiment — linked to airworthiness directives so certified embodiment stamps AD compliance on the aircraft.

Overview

Define, maintain, and track modification build standards, embodiment records, and compliance across your fleet.

Link a modification to one or more airworthiness directives. When the embodiment is certified on an aircraft, AirOS stamps those linked ADs as complied — with the modification as the method — and keeps the aircraft on the AD catalogue. Staff can still mark an AD not applicable when it does not apply. Uncertified or partial embodiment does not stamp AD compliance.

Embodiment records stay attached to the aircraft, work packages, and ARC AD/SB qualifying checks so surveyors inspect the same continuing airworthiness picture CAMO already uses. Service-bulletin status is held on the modification or engineering-order record, not assumed from the AD stamp alone.
